We recognize that creating an inclusive and welcoming environment is essential to empowering young people to reach a future beyond imagination. Recognizing that our organization sets an example for the youth we serve, we want them to know that they are valued just as they are.

Our Commitment

We are committed to building a culture of belonging that respects and values the unique contributions of every individual, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.  It is the unique perspectives, experiences and backgrounds of all individuals that enrich each of us, every day.

We are dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that promotes DEI through:

Coffee With a Purpose:

Advancing DEI Through Conversations

Deb Panozzo
Cycle-Re-Cycle

The team at Cycle-Re-Cycle appreciated the opportunity to work with the staff at JMG WorkForce Pathways in providing a teen with real life work experience, in our shop repairing bikes. The young person had an interest in bikes and so gaining knowledge in a job setting gave him a glimpse of a pathway from school to work. The JMG specialist I worked with did a great job explaining the program to our team and problem solving when questions came up.  We look forward to hosting additional teens in the future.
