Dr. Dibinga Inspires Youth to GROW - Give, Release, Overcome, Win

On May 5, the JMG family was treated to a special event where Dr. Omekongo Dibinga shared his personal journey from being bullied as a child due to his unique name and low income background to finding his purpose to serve and inspire each of us to be our best by GROWing. Through poetry, rap and moving stories, he showed how he overcame a sense of hopelessness and found a sense of belonging. “Everyone should be an UPstander, not a bystander.” The recording of his powerful message will be available on the Youth Solutions website in the coming days.
