Jessica Boshnyak

Jessica Boshnyak is a healthcare leader with more than a decade of experience in healthcare administration, project management, and organizational improvement. She currently serves as Manager of Strategy & Operations at Corewell Health, where she leads strategic initiatives and operational projects that support organizational goals and improve outcomes across the health system.

Jessica’s career includes leadership roles at Corewell Health, including serving as a Senior Project Specialist as well as experience with Pfizer, where she worked in supply chain operations and manufacturing support. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in project management, process improvement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Systems Administration from Ferris State University and a Master of Science from Central Michigan University. Jessica’s passion for developing strong systems and creating positive outcomes makes her a valuable member of the Youth Solutions Board of Directors.
