Vicky Kruslemsky

Vicky Kruslemsky, SPHR, serves as the Chief People Officer of Commonwealth Associates, Inc. Commonwealth is ranked among the Top 10 Engineering Design Firms in the nation by EC&M magazine. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing Human Resources, Facilities, Information Technology, and Learning and Development. Vicky’s significant experience and workplace insight drive the firm’s culture; recruitment, engagement, and retention; and pay-for-performance compensation structure.

Vicky is passionate and experienced in the area of people development and human resource management leadership and has an extensive background as a senior talent leader, previously serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Management at GTB in Dearborn, MI.

Vicky earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and has been credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
