Certified JMG Professionals

Earning a JMG certification is a mark of excellence, a recognition of expertise, leadership, and dedication to Michigan’s youth. This certification represents mastery of JMG’s model and a deep commitment to delivering programs that change lives.

 

Through 12 months of advanced training, participants engage in monthly live sessions designed to deepen their understanding of program operations, data, and student success strategies. Each participant develops and refines a comprehensive program plan, demonstrating their ability to deliver high-quality services and achieve measurable outcomes.

 

Upon completion, Specialists earn the designation of Certified JMG Specialist, and Managers who complete the same rigorous training earn the title of Certified JMG Program Expert, both demonstrating mastery in program design and delivery, and student engagement, empowerment, and leadership. 

 

Together, our Certified JMG Professionals set the standard for excellence across the JMG network. They exemplify dedication, professionalism, and passion for empowering Michigan’s youth to achieve their academic, career, and personal goals.​
