Together we become tomorrow's leaders!
October 9, 16, and 17, 2024
Leadership Days is our annual event focused on leadership and team building. It’s a full day of staff-led activities that allow participants to get to know their fellow JMG youth from around the state and gain confidence in themselves.
Last year, we were delighted to welcome Richard Szwaja, an accomplished Organization Development and Learning Specialist from the Bronson Center for Learning, who joined us at all our locations. He brought with him a transformative approach,
reframing our focus by incorporating two vital CASEL framework competencies: self-awareness and self-management.
Leadership Days 2024 will be held at three different locations on three different days.
October 9 - Camp Daggett, Petoskey MI
October 16 - YMCA Camp Manitou - Lin, Middleville M
October 17 -YMCA Camp Ohiyesa, Holly, MI
