Together we become tomorrow's leaders!
This year, we will host three events at three camps across the state, with specialists selecting the location that works best for their program:

October 15, 2026: Middleville (West) - YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin

October 21, 2026: Evart (North) - SpringHill Camp

October 22, 2026: Holly (East) - YMCA Camp Ohiyesa
Leadership Day is our statewide annual event focused on outdoor team-building activities, discussion, and reflection centered around Self-Awareness and Self-Management within the CASEL Framework. Leadership Day is designed to inspire and empower youth to discover their unique leadership strengths and explore how they can use those strengths to make an impact in their JMG programs and communities. It also takes them out of their comfort zone and pushes them to do things they may not believe they could before.
*No Leadership Day was be held in 2025.
