JAG National 5 of 5; What It Means and Why We Are Excited to Earn It

Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates (JMG) earned the highly distinguished Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) “5-of-5” award across our out-of-school and alternative program models. The “5-of-5” award is given to states that exceed all five of JAG National’s performance metrics aimed at graduation and employment. JMG alumni from the class of 2021 who completed the follow-up phase in the 2021-2022 program year met all of JAG National’s rigorous 5-of-5 performance targets. During this year of reengaging youth after the challenges brought upon by the pandemic, we are proud of our young people and the work of our specialists for remaining focused and achieving goals.
