As we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week, it’s only fitting that we recognize how each of you inspire and connect youth to a future beyond imagination! You are the lifeblood of Youth Solutions and the Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates program.
In reflecting on the past year, we are enormously grateful for your unwavering efforts to stay connected to your young adults. On a daily basis, weekends and evenings included, you talked, met, texted, Facetimed or messaged. You have been a counselor, advisor, shoulder to lean on and caring adult. We know your heart and passion are with your youth and you regularly meet our young people where and when they are available.

Each of you provide support and foster a sense of belonging, which reignites passion in our youth. You help them understand their skills and introduce them to ALL the career opportunities available. You open their minds to possibilities beyond their imaginations.
