Supported by a three-year investment from Strada Education Foundation, Youth Solutions piloted its Foundations service in 19 schools with 7 ISD and RESA collaboratives to assess strengths, identify gaps, and build durable systems for long-term success.

Early results show measurable gains in both student and educator awareness of postsecondary pathways—including a 30-percentage-point increase in students reporting they have an adult helping them plan for their future - demonstrating that coordinated, schoolwide career development strengthens teaching, learning, and overall school culture.
