The Role of a JMG Specialist
At the heart of JMG is the relationship between each student and their JMG specialist. Specialists are trusted mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world support as students navigate school and plan for their futures. With training in trauma-informed practices, they focus on the whole student, helping young people build confidence, develop skills, overcome challenges, and stay on track for graduation and beyond.
