Career Development Conference Recap: A Day of Skill Development, Empowerment, and Fun

The 14th Annual Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates (JMG) Career Development Conference was a resounding success, attracting a diverse group of JMG youth from across the state. These enthusiastic young people came together to showcase the skills they have learned throughout the year in the JMG program. The event highlighted workplace skills and knowledge, such as creative problem-solving, interview skills, and career preparation. Career-based competitions provided students with real-world practice for future employment opportunities while volunteer judges evaluated and offered feedback to our future leaders.
