We are excited to welcome Andre Ebron to the 14th Annual Career Development Conference (CDC) as the keynote speaker. The Career Development Conference (CDC) is Youth Solutions’ annual event that allow youth to showcase the skills they have learned throughout the year in the Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates (JMG) program. Career-based competitions provide our young people with real-world practice for future employment opportunities while volunteer judges evaluate and offer feedback to our future leaders.
As a non-profit senior leader, entrepreneur, published author, and passionate educator, Andre has dedicated his career to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within our state. Currently serving as the President and CEO of Ebron & Associates and the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for United Way for Southeastern Michigan, Andre's impact knows no bounds.
