It’s hard to know what’s coming next when there is so much uncertainty. Who would have predicted that as we enter 2022, we're still talking about COVID-19? We understand the challenge of planning during uncertain times, but still believe that there are definite trends that will impact the workforce and education space in 2022. It’s important to create a plan, yet be flexible as the environment changes. We’re doing our best to stay informed so we can make the most of our resources and continue to provide relevant programs to our partner organizations in support of Michigan’s youth.
One of the key tenets of predicting market trends is to check-in, listen to your employees and have conversations with others in the space as well as your partners. We’ve conducted some initial ideation sessions with our staff and have generated several areas that look to be strong indicators in the workforce and education space. We’d be remiss if we didn’t ask you, our partners and followers, for your input as well.
