Youth Solutions to Present at 10th Annual MCAN Conference

Our partner, Michigan College Access Network (MCAN) is holding their 10th annual conference, Michigan’s Recovery: Equity, Education, and Economy in Lansing on November 9-10. Over 400 college access professionals, educators, and community leaders will come together to explore how to emerge from the pandemic with a greater focus on achieving educational equity and crafting an economy that gives everyone a chance to prosper.

Our team is excited to facilitate one of the workshops at this event. Sonya Blanzy, Director of Operations, Tom Egan, Director of Strategic Partnerships, and Donna Rummel. Innovations Manager, will speak to attendees about strategies for keeping youth engaged in school, focused on graduation, and excited about their futures. Through this presentation, they will specifically touch on ways that partnership engagement and career exploration help youth expand their knowledge of possibilities for their futures and how Youth Solutions aims to ensure young people graduate from high school with the skills to succeed in education, employment and in life.
