These challenges could have easily derailed his aspirations, but Jason's experience in JMG changed everything. Through JMG, he was connected to a supportive community and an abundance of resources that helped him navigate his future career path. JMG helped Jason overcome his barriers by facilitating transportation for field trips and worksite visits, acquainting him with local job opportunities, and teaching him how to financially plan for a future vehicle. During his time in the program, he engaged in a variety of activities that not only taught him crucial workplace skills but also fostered a sense of camaraderie with his fellow classmates.

After graduating high school in 2019, Jason applied to, and earned a position at Lyons industries and is now working in the quality control department.
