What does it mean to be an Employer or Postsecondary Partner?
Becoming an employer or postsecondary partner is a win-win. You will have the opportunity to work with youth in your region, and around the state, to expose them to opportunities within your school or business. In turn - you will connect with youth and help them achieve a future beyond imagination. Here's how it works.
EXPLORE:
This phase is an "introduction" and we will help youth explore potential career options or postsecondary education opportunities.
ENGAGE:
Site tours, either in person or virtual, will expose youth to a variety of businesses, colleges, or universities and help them move from a concept to something more tangible. Site tours will allow our youth to see themselves in your college, university, or working in your industry!
EXPERIENCE:
This is where the rubber meets the road. Narrow down candidates who are truly interested in attending your college or university or pursuing a career in your industry. It gives youth the opportunity to experience what their future might be like.
