During her three years in JMG, Crystal demonstrated true leadership and a steadfast dedication to the program. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, with classes switching between in person and virtual, Crystal did not let any barriers stand in her way of shining as an exemplary student leader. While in the program, she served as both Historian and Vice-President of the Career Association and was instrumental in planning and executing several community service projects. Her ability to come up with great ideas, execute on the ideas, and delegate responsibility to others, while facing many challenges, is an inspiration to the other youth in the program. Along with being a JMG leader, she is a student athlete and received academic honors.
